Shipping policy

We ship globally from Spain using tracked shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated on checkout.

If your package looks damaged, either refuse delivery or photograph the package before opening it to support any claims against the carrier.

We aim to ship all orders in 2 business days. Boat kits may take 3-4 days to ship. Keels, Rudders and bulbs ship in 2 business days if in stock and may take up to 2 weeks to ship if items are on back order.

Taxes and duties:

• EU - country-specific VAT rates are applied.
• UK - VAT is applied on orders up to £135. No VAT is applied on orders above £135, as this will be charged locally on import.
• USA - We only charge sales tax once we reach each state threshold. Import tariffs will be charged locally to the recipient.
• Canada - We have not met the threshold to charge GST/HST.
• Norway - We have not met the threshold to charge VAT.
• Switzerland - We have not met the threshold to charge VAT.
• Australia - We have not met the threshold to charge GST.
• New Zealand - We have not met the threshold to charge GST.
• Singapore - We have not met the threshold to charge GST.
• All other markets - No taxes or duties are applied. Any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient on import.
