This is also useful to mark the boom for installation of other components.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePosition the boom block where desired to drill holes for a Z hook.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDo not over tighten the nylon lock as it may deform the mast.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOptionally two drill blocks, or a mast drill block may be used to allow movement of the boom drill block while maintaining reference. With one block set as reference, lay the boom and block on a flat surface and align the second block to same flat surface. With one block tightened, the other may be moved without losing alignment reference.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDrill carefully with a 1.5mm drill. Be careful to keep the drill aligned not to widen the reference holes.
